All order processing occurs on business days only, which are Monday through Saturday, from 9am to 5 PM IST. Orders placed on Sundays, holidays, or after 10 AM IST are processed the next business day.

Shipments outside of India would have to be requested via info@cuddlycoo.com . Shipping charges would apply for orders outside of India.

Shipments once done would be updated and you will receive a tracking number to track your order.
Return and Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can ship the product back to the seller and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. The refund will be exclusive of the shipping charges.
You can return a product for up to 7 days from the date of receipt of the product.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

Will someone come for installation of the product?All CuddlyCoo products are easy to assemble and can be done at home on your own. No specialized equiments are needed. Please see the installation Manual or Video under Products Section. All products come with an easy to setup installation manual.
